Inside, 862 thoughtfully designed square feet provide two bedrooms, one bathroom, and airy vaulted ceilings that make the home feel open and spacious. We designed the layout to maximize comfort and function while maintaining the charm of a small detached home.

We placed a strong emphasis on efficiency and comfort during the renovation.
