What is a Co-op? A housing co-op is a residence that the tenants manage collectively. Resident members take part in weekly chores and maintenance, which helps keep rent affordable. Members also have a vote in determining house policies. Why Live in a Co-op? -Co-ops are known as tight-knit communities where everyone knows their neighbors. Even though we are currently social distancing, the friendly culture is still a great aspect of co-op living. -Our members have a wide variety of interests, including being civically engaged.
