This rental has front and rear entries with a front porch and a deck in the rear. Most rooms have a ceiling fan. There are hardwood floors and separate living and kitchen areas (with full size gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker). Washer and dryer are provided, located in the kitchen. This location is one block from a UT bus stop (Dean Keaton) and only a short distance from UT campus and Manor Road restaurants.

I provide yard care. I pay the water and wastewater utilities. The tenant pays for trash service, electricity and gas utilities. This home currently has Gogle Fiber service. Other phone, cable, and internet service providers are available.

I prefer no pets but this may be negotiable and would require an additional pet deposit and pet fee. No large dogs allowed. There is no fenced yard for this rental.
