In the first place, maintenance does nothing and yet, the only thing the administration says is that it regrets it. I got the apartment unpainted and the air conditioner was no longer working. Don’t bother.
Their office is inept. Thought I was going to move here but I most definitely WILL NOT BE. Went and saw the apartments, they quoted a price, made all kinds of promises, agreed to extend the promo for 48 hrs til I got paid and 48 hours later when I called to apply they completely failed to follow through on their word. The $500 off of rent was now $300. Fine, whatever. Then they suddenly didn’t know if they were going to have an apartment for me in July now and “I never said when I was going to... move in” when I know I did because I already have an apartment and a lease so I can’t get out of it sooner. It’s just insane. Every time I said something she had to put me on hold to ask her Manager and then the Manager was telling me she never said that. Just save your time and go somewhere else.
