Over the years there have been several owners. Every time we get a new owner the price goes up and services go down. There is a constant problem with plumbing and at times raw sewage is running into the parking lot and backing up into the apartments. The electricity is going out and there is no help to get it fixed. More than once the brick veneer to buildings have fallen off. The laundry is a constant mess with non-working equipment. The service is slow, if you call after closing there is no... one to come to help. These apartments look very comfortable and spacious.

This was the worst apartment in Angleton, this place have the worst manager. I been to so many apartment and not one of them was disrespectful as the manager lady in this place. She was so rude, yelling, repeating her self over and over, and when I ask her to respect me a little she said “you not my customer because your boy friend rents here” (when I try to find out a better way to move in because she won’t hand us the key before her employee comes back and we been waiting all morning with the... WiFi person.) this lady don’t know how to do anything without the younger lady that works in the office, don’t even know why she was the manager, but in my life I haven’t see anybody who talk to a customer like this, we moved in one year before she was here the young lady in the office was super super nice, untill she arrived, we regret moving to a bigger room already, we should juts end the lease. I've been here many years because it was the cheapest apartment with a washer and dryer connections without having to go into low rent complexes. Currently, the leasing manager is hiking everyone's rent $50-to $100 dollars claiming she needs to be competitive with the newer apartments being built in our community.
I get business, but I'm disoppointed that the amenitie are not equal to the newer apartments. Though we have a manicured exterior, the apartments have mold, mice issues, and no... security gate to protect our cars. There are no updates like newer counter tops, ect.
The staff is mean and gossipy. They tell personal observations about tennents to other tennents in addition to leaving a mess after repairs.
I fear the complex will ultimately empty out because people will choose to pay the extra $15-$50 bucks to live elsewhere, forcing the complex to start attracting undesirable clients.
Honestly, the complex is quaint enough to get market if the manager hired quality staff and offered other items to offset amennities newer complexes provide. They could offer free wi-fi and cable to create value. There's a useless tennis court on the premise that can be converted into a fitness room, or clubhouse. A drawing every month for gas or groceries instead of having a social no one wants to attend.
