These apartments have mold. They did not care when I told them. Maintenance is awful and broke my lock causing me to pay a locksmith. I’ve had leaking from the ceiling. The list goes on! Most importantly there is 100% mold. My health went way down while living here and there was a smell that constantly became worse. When reporting it I was told no one is available week after week. I finally tested myself and sure enough. There was black, yellow, white, and red yes red mold. In the carpets,... cabinets, vents, walls, and the worst room was the kitchen!! Please do not move here. Neighbors do not take care of the surrounding property. If you already live here check for mold!!!

Love it here
This is one of the best Apartments in Amarillo. We’ve had a wonderful experience in the past two years that we’ve lived here. It is centrally located and a close proximity to Schools, the Mall, Medical District and Groceries just to mention a few.The apartments are clean and well maintained by very dedicated and caring employees. The management and staff are friendly, respectful and professional. There are several community based programs that the management organizes to benefit both children... and adults as well. This has been very helpful and appreciated by all residents. Simply put, it’s the best apartment to live in.

Love my apt.
Moving into Town Parc was such a long process. If it hadn’t been for Heather I probably wouldn’t have moved in. She constantly kept me updated on everything. When we moved in she was so sweet to us. She still keeps us updated with things going on and is very good with questions. I love how sweet she is. For example today the pool is being cleaned and I went to ask and she told me without hesitation what was going on and was very nice about it.

Awesome service
Heather was so friendly and helpful. She walked us though the apartment and waited to see if we had questions. She was open to us about the community and explain all our concerns with honesty. I appreciate people who enjoy their jobs and how she made us feel at home already.

Town parc
I have been living here for a short while but i am totally convince that i chose the right place to call home the management is excellent and very professional the yard is well up kept and my apartment is beautiful and spacious relocating from california to texas i am very happy would recommend these units to anyone.
