This place is nothing but a disgusting slum. It doesn’t seem like they spray for bugs at all if they did, they might’ve seen the pile of chicken bones and mayonnaise packets that have been in one of the buildings entranceways for months on end. Absolutely everything to keep her deposit by saying that there was an emergency fee attributed to your account when they had an electrical fire within the walls of their building that force you to move to another unit. The forced move was where they... applied the emergency fee which they claim is why they’re keeping the deposit. Place is nothing but a bunch of crooks with a ton of crackheads living here. Avoid this place at all cost.

Great Place and Staff
The office staff is friendly and helpful. Robyn is great! Very helpful and pleasant. Move in was a breeze. The apartment was ready and clean.

Please rent somewhere else
Terrible complex all together. They over charge for things you've already paid for, they bother to fix anything if you have something broken, and when they do, its terribly done. I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in, so glad I’m trying to get out of my lease currently.
