They don't fix anything, there are bugs and mice in the walls, have had car vandalize and they will not do anything. Had no heat when weather was below freezing they didn't seem to care that my family was freezing. Very trashed out can't use laundry mat on-site because it's gross. Rent increases with anything being fixed.

I tried so many places and none of them would let me bring my dog, the said she was an aggressive breed. Parks at Granite welcomed my dog and even let me bring her into the office to meet them. Come and rent here you won't be disappointed.

This place has changed so much for the better, the grounds look better, the office staff is so much easier to talk to and maintenance is always working so hard. Keep up the great job y'all!

Things are actually getting completed now!! I have been here four years, and this is the first time works orders are completed in a timely manner. The staff is great and makes you feel at home and not like you are wasting their time, even the maintenance crew. I highly recommend this place.
