DO NOT MOVE HERE! They were and are charging us illegally for gas and deposit alternative $20 a month which is not on our lease and we're, sure everybody is being charged this. Rosie, management allowed all the swimming pool water to get nasty with bugs and smelly water with trash before it completely evaporated. Again this year 2024 the pool getting algae blooms already the management is not shocking the pool with chemicals to save a dollar, its outrageous, if you want a pool don't move here.

Hidden fees and More
You will be paying about over a 120 bucks over what they are asking for in rent through fees and a "convenience fee" . The current team I guess they implemented recently has poor communication to the point that they changed their office hours without letting us know through text and email and stopped allowing us to use split payments on rent even though it is offered on their app they have us use + the old one they had us use that gave us the same option. But hey the location is convenient and... in the middle of everything....so there's that

Worst experience ever
Dishonest and ignorant staff. The place is filthy, just look in any hallway. Building not secure. They add about $200 a month in fees. There are so many dogs (canines) that the whole place smells like urine.

DO NOT RENT
These apartments our full of bed bugs and roaches they are so badly infested that they’ve spread to other apartments around the area!! Managers will not tell you about the isssue then make you pay to get it sprayed!!

Love it!!
My kids and i love it here we havent had any problems with bugs or anything. If there's anything wrong the managers are quick to help and solve the problem we had a plumbing problem the same day it was fixed i have nothing bad to say its a nice quiet private place and thanks for everything you guys do we love it here!!!
