I helped my daughter find an apartment and we went together to view these apartments. We were amazed by how friendly the office staff was and how they helped us felt at ease with our decision when she turned in her application. I recommend highly to anyone.

Alvin has a lot of apartments and I searched around for a while. Meadow Park was the best fit cause they offered me more space and two rooms for the same price I would’ve paid for less space and a one bedroom at most other places! They also had a really great deal for first months rent! This is officially my second month here and I have really been enjoying it. This is my first apartment experience!! The only issue I have is that clearly these are older apartments and so there have been some... bugs in the apartment like roaches and spiders, but they do send out the exterminator to spray once a week if you request! Not fond of new owners. They tore everything up. Rent keeps going up. Used to be a nice place, small town feel. Now it is the same old apartments made to "look" better, for a higher rent. Sad.
