I’ve live at this place and are currently over charging me for a run down apartment. There are roaches in here. In the summer the AIR CONDITIONER goes out and they don’t fix it. The ventilation through the vents are horrible. To where it makes my light bill so high compared to other places I’ve been at with more rooms. Toilets constantly run after they said they were fixing it all. You try to talk to office none of them are on the same page with each other. There are balconies that are leaning... down. My balcony leans that I can’t even sit on it and not be on the verge of falling out of chair. They can’t keep management they’ve changed management 3 times in the past year. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

Terrible complex
I lived here for a few years, one of the worst run places I’ve ever lived. There are certainly Roach and Rat issues here, I had people below me have rats in the walls and would find chewed up food next day. This place will also keep your deposit as “there policy is to keep it because of Covid” we’re in 2025! When I mentioned I had the place professionally cleaned and if I knew that they would keep it anyway o wouldn’t have bothered. Horrible staff here also they will lie to your face and the... company is terrible, look up knightvest and you will see.
