Do not plan on receiving any of your deposits, or extra rent you may have paid in advance, back if you choose to live in the Residence Apartments. The property managers come up with various reasons to show there is no deposit money left to refund. Having paid rent on and a couple months in advance they still managed to keep the overage that was paid. What a horrible first experience as a first time apartment renter.

Very Good Start
The Residence and Heritage Park, has been a good complex to begin a new start in Texas. Even before I arrived the staff helped me take care of all the paperwork and documentation needed. They were very friendly, kind and proactive and making sure everything was ready prior to my arrival. There has been no hidden pricing and fees, I was not aware of upfront and the maintenance staff is responsive and astute to taking care most things I am having issues with. I highly recommend this property to... others looking for a high quality residence, with a great responsive staff.
