Move Here if You Want to Pay Rent to Live on a Drag Strip
Pre-dawn as well as all hours of the day and night, all we hear are the screaming of revving engines and backfiring exhaust as numerous inconsiderate immature residents gun their engines like race cars accelerating to high speeds in what is supposed to be a parking lot and access/egress entranceway, on the way through the adjacent 20-miles-per-hour residential subdivision. Moreover, the noise occurs incessantly throughout the day, apparent including during business hours— audibly observable to... everyone from several blocks away— even the hard-of-hearing senior citizen in bed without his hearing aid! Thus, despite being fully cognizant of the ongoing deliberately-disruptive behavior, the management of Newport Station purportedly “luxury apartment living” has been entirely dismissive of the recurrent sleep-depriving, nerve-wracking, intrusive noise pollution violations by residents’ vehicles.

Great place to live. First 2 months free makes dealing with construction more than worth it. plus it's nice that we get to live here first. makes it feel special

Great place to live
Love this place. Management helped get us in on a good deal right after I was laid off. Gave us time to get back on our feet and recover financially and emotionally. Plus, a brand new apartment is a good bonus. Can’t wait to see what events and fun stuff they have planned for the summer.

Highly Recommend!
Brand new apartments and a great location. The layouts are spacious and the finishes are excellent. Plenty of shopping nearby and easy access to I65. The staff has been very helpful and responsive!

Apartments with a cozy neighborhood feel!
Just moved from TX and we already feel at home! The apartment has so much space and is beautifully designed. Management has been wonderful to work with and they communicate frequently, keeping us in the know! Glad to be here!
