With a background in construction & valuation I have an advantage over my competition. My wife works with Williamson County Schools so I have an inside source of information about the best schools in the State of Tennessee. The 2 most important things in being a great Realtor is HONESTY & COMMUNICATION. I have never been in any litigation, mediation, arbitration or ever used my E&O Insurance once. Have also done a lot of income-producing properties including short-term rentals AirB&B, HomeAway & VRBO properties. Have become involved in local politics of real estate related issues also. Tennis is my favorite hobby but I am learning how to play golf as well. Joke telling is another hobby or pastime of mine - so call me up & let's trade some stories or jokes.
