While most maintenance requests were handled professionally, any issues requiring management involvement became an exercise in frustration. Even minor concerns were met with delays, conflicting information, and endless runarounds. We were routinely passed from one staff member to another without anyone providing meaningful solutions.

My unit is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a layout that really works for day-to-day living.
