Great community. Great staff. They repair right away and they are super nice. We love living here at Smoky Crossing. We would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a good family environment and beautiful homes. People are moving in left and right and we really enjoy meeting the new folks as they come in.

Rent is too expensive, and they raise the price yearly. Constant emails for unnecessary things. They have changed resident portal apps 6 times in the 3 years I lived there. The outside flood lights shine into your rooms and patios. Loud.

We have lived here for just shy of 2 years. We enjoy this area, the amenities and our neighbors. Our requests for maintenance issues have been taken care of pretty quickly over the past few months which is an improvement from the past. They have been making lots of cosmetic upgrades to various areas. Rent is pretty pricey and goes up with each lease renewal. The apartments are older and the costs better align with what would be asked of new units. We do enjoy some of the activities like food... trucks and holiday events that they have at the office.
