I’m happy with everything except for dirty breezeways and barking dogs. The shrub areas could use some attention this spring also. On the other hand, though, the office staff are wonderful. They’re very helpful whenever I need to go to the office for something. The maintenance people are also second to none. When I put in a work order, they’re there the same day. That is very much appreciated.

My overall experience is very good. There are a few areas I would like to see improved though. The shrub areas do not look good, the breezeways are terribly dirty and need pressure washing and people don’t walk their dogs in the proper areas so they’re killing the grass outside the entrance to the breezeway. Again, the staff in maintenance workers are second to none.

I give it a 3 star review due to the lack of attention to the property general up keep. Maintenance always does the best they can. Staff is nice for the most part except for Makayla. She is often times rude and dismissive. Only when you give a push back can you get clear answer from her. Everyone else is amazing.

I love just about everything here. The grounds are kept nice and the property seems to be kept clean. At times the common areas at the Preserve side get neglected or overlooked. There’s some branches that need trimmed, by building 9109. The front entry way to the clubhouse has a spilled plant that’s been there for about three weeks going into the parcel room. The front gate entry isn’t the best with the gate being currently broken but hopefully that gets fixed soon. The staff in the office and... the maintenance staff are wonderful and work very hard to keep both properties looking good and making us feel at home. I also love the events they plan for the residents periodically.
