I love just about everything here. The grounds are kept nice and the property seems to be kept clean. At times the common areas at the Preserve side get neglected or overlooked. There’s some branches that need trimmed, by building 9109. The front entry way to the clubhouse has a spilled plant that’s been there for about three weeks going into the parcel room. The front gate entry isn’t the best with the gate being currently broken but hopefully that gets fixed soon. The staff in the office and... the maintenance staff are wonderful and work very hard to keep both properties looking good and making us feel at home. I also love the events they plan for the residents periodically.

I enjoy living here for the past few years. The amenities are the best. However someone lost a ping pong paddle. Bethany in leasing is THE BEST leasing manager we have ever encountered.

There are many things that I’m pleased with in this complex. First of all the office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is excellent. I have good neighbors and a great view and I’m glad to see that our lawn is looking better. It’s now green and not just all weeds. My only complaint is our breezeways. They are so stained and dirty. The people that pick up the trash drip liquids from the garbage bags all through the breezeways. I clean the stains outside my door, but I’m embarrassed to... bring guests through the breezeway to my apartment. Our breezeway looks like low rent housing. I wish we could do something about that. The residents are good about putting their trash in the cans, but the people that pick up the trash are the ones that do the damage.

Location is fantastic! Apartments are outdated and need to be refurbished inside and out. Parking is terrible. The perks of local food trucks setting up in the complex is nice, landscaping and building maintenance needs attention especially the “gated community” portion, quite often the gates won’t open or they are left open, and security is an issue.
