I lived at the apartments for several months. The apartment above us had some type of violent situation going on. We reported these situations half a dozen times to the leasing office. The leasing office tolds us there is nothing they could do. After several nights of being woken up by screams of terror we had no choice but to break our lease. The leasing staff mislead us about several items related to our move out so, we had to pay excessive fees that cannot be disputed. Would not recommend.

I've lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and I have been satisfied. This is a good option for people just starting out. Affordable option especially if you are sharing rent.

My main complaint is that the staff can be unaccommodating at times. This is in regards to a mistake in our billing that was not the fault of my roommate and myself.

We provided adequate proof but they did not work with us on the issue. Despite the fact that we have been very good tenants.

Very poorly constructed! Sounds like the running of the bulls or rock concert well into the night to the point you just want to run to a hotel. Found Legends was advertised as smoke-free; this is not the case. Cigarette butts continue to rain down into the dry grass and mulch just waiting to burn the place down, and smoke makes its way in from the vents to the point where there is a very real concern from second hand smoke! We have made management aware of our concerns with no change in... conditions. We've experienced much healthier and happier living conditions in places half the price. I hear the people up stairs at midnight coughing and moving they are so loud only at night and dog's bark at all hours.....if you don't like spiders don't move in! I'm a friendly person none of the residents are I've been here for 3 weeks and not even a hello. The staff is nice but the officers don't do anything for new residents! But the place is beautiful! Not fully gated and chickens are next to property you can hear them anywhere you live!

I love my apartment at The Legends. I have lived here for about a year now and the office staff is amazing! They are always on top of it and so welcoming. I live in the sweet bay floor plan as shown above and its so large with a very open space. if you are looking to move in the Chattanooga area I would highly recommend The Legends!
