It’s honestly the best apartment I’ve stayed in at an affordable price here in TN. The amenities are decent. The staff is forthcoming and caring. No noise, and people are held accountable for their actions. It’s clean. Apartment repairs are done pretty quickly. Can’t really complain.

Couldn't ask for a better apartment complex. It is close to everything in Nashville. It has a fence so it feels safe. We never had any problems with neighbors. The office staff were always helpful, polite, and they responded in a timely manner. We never had any problem with appliances or fixtures. We lived here for 2 years.

I moved to Nashville in early February and Laura and Ronesha have been the best, sweetest and most genuine property managers I've ever met. They really make this place a great apartment complex to live in, from the contests to the emails checking up on us. Even during the governor's stay at home order and financial difficulties, they have worked with me and made me grateful that I've found this place. On top of that, whenever there is a problem with my apartment, the work order is dispatched... right away and the problem is always fixed within that same hour! Amazing.

Location wise, this place is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from Nashville West and pretty much anything you could want, from car repair shops, to liquor stores, to furniture stores. The staff, neighbors, and grounds are all amazing! My apartment is newly renovated and is a great size and price, especially in comparison to other places in and around Nashville.

We love the staff, neighbors, and our home at Western Hills. So much so, that we just signed another year-long lease.
