I just moved in on Saturday and everything went smoothly. Luckily I was on the first floor or else it would have been a little more difficult with the U-Haul truck not being able to fit in the garage.

Apartment is really nice, some spider webs and bugs upon move in but they have gone away after licing in the space. Ammenties and size is nice

Beautiful building and community. Management has been good so far. Residents seem quiet and pleasant. Apartment is gorgeous.
Location and noise are the only downsides. People soliciting money at the corner, digging through dumpsters on property. Many cars driving past at night with loud mods & thumping bass. Regular siren noise.

Have really enjoyed living here, and have re-signed a couple times. Maintenance is REALLY good here too, and Guilianna is great as well!!!!!
