I have just recently moved into the place at fifth and broadway. The move in was smooth and easy and the staff is super nice. Everything has been very clean and well maintained.

Overall the price isn’t worth it. Amenities aren’t unkept and there really isn’t any “fair housing coat” it changes all the time and someone in the same unit as you could be paying $500 more or less.

Such a fun place to live - always something to do! Great location in downtown Nashville with walkable restaurants and Broadway bars. Easy to walk to Nissan stadium and Bridgestone arena for a concert or sporting event!

I love it at The Place!!! The staff is incredible and I love the amenities. The location is great and the city views from the apartment are spectacular.
