It's quiet, feels safe. Great price for the space. Excited to live here and to keep discovering things about it. However, it fairly dirty around. I mopped my floor but there's dead bug carcasses and just general, cleanable, markings. The screws in my front door are out of the door, just stick some epoxy in there, would ya! Renovations were clearly done on the cheap, though its hard to offer apartments at a great price while providing each room with great care. I mean, it's not, but when your... main company head quarters is in Texas, how much can you expect then to care? Staff is great, I love getting to chat with Tara, Oscar and Daniella ( I hope I got all their names right). They're attentive and cool. There's more to say but alas, only so many characters. I look forward to my year here.

I’ve been living at The Grove for several months, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Management is completely unresponsive ( COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE )— they never answer the phone or reply to emails. They often claim they’re busy with customers, but the office is usually empty whenever I stop by. The only way to get any answers is to physically track someone down.
During my first month and a half, I had no hot water at all, and it took them ages to get it resolved. Since then... , they have repeatedly added hidden or questionable fees to my account. I have reached out for over two months to dispute these charges with no response. Now, they’ve raised my rent ( NOT IN LEASE AGREEMENT ) and are trying to bill me for electricity, even though I pay NES directly and have proof of payment.
Residents deserve a management team that is accountable and responsive ( UNFORTUNATELY THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW TEAM ). I hope posting this will finally get their attention… I doubt it though — but until they address these issues, I cannot recommend The Grove Apartments.

The staff here is wonderful and very accomodating! I recently moved in and they helped me to secure an apartment fast and make the move in process smooth
