I’m a current resident at Swiss Ridge apartments and boy I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move here UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE . The lights always go out when it storms, maintenance is horrible, my apartment has mold growing in every window and the bathroom, the paint in my tub is peeling and the cheap paint on the doorway and doors are peeling, oh yea when it rains there is water coming through my kitchen window, I can’t use these two sockets in my room at the same time or one of them won’t work.... And my sister just moved from over here she had to leave her dishes behind because maintenance never came to fix her broken dish washer. They never came to fix my neices door that had nails sticking out the wall which is dangerous cause they could have fell and hit their head or anything on that. Then I recently requested that someone come put salt on our steps cause there was ice there and no one ever came, me and my child was slipping and sliding trying not to fall.
