Great location, excellent amenities when they work, great maintenance team. Parking spaces are too small and there aren't always enough parking spots.

I loved living here and I'm going to miss it very much! All the amenities are great, every store you could think of is in a 10 minute radius and it's 15 minutes from the city. They are super spacious apartments for a decently affordable price.

Good location, amenities are nice when they're clean and working, maintenance staff is pretty good, community events are nice. Parking lot is difficult and spaces are small, some building exteriors need work.

The community here feels right. The new management team has a lot of things to fix from previous staff, but they are tackling the problems every day. This is a beautiful place to live. The communication from office staff is so much better…actually being listened to , hopefully the property will continue to be one of the best places to live in Nashville.

The first team here was amazing, and after they left the care for the community really fell off. Once they were sold to Rangewater, we were understandably nervous, but I can say that since Rangewater has taken over, everyone we have spoken to and come in contact with has been incredible. They are competent, responsive, helpful, and always striving for the best possible outcome of the situation.
