As I went to tour the property, the outside was very clean, not dirty literally perfect before I even got to the inside. It was surprising and definitely put a smile on my face how well they take care of their things. I continued the tour of the apartments and they were absolutely perfect. Very clean , lots of space, smells excellent, nothing is broken . Like they definitely spent there time making it comfortable for others to live in. if anyone is considering coming to stay in any apartments... here y'all should! you will not be disappointed it is everything you could imagine and more. I highly recommend these apartments they're perfect.

Excellent
I’ve had such a great experience at Shelby House! The property is clean, quiet, and feels like home. The location is super convenient, and everything is well-kept and secure. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the leasing agent. Mekayla is AMAZING she’s always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Whether it’s giving tours, answering questions, or handling paperwork, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the... residents and takes pride in her work. If you’re thinking about moving in, ask for Mekayla — she’ll take care of you!

Best office staff
Michelle and Teraterra at the Shelby office are a pleasure to interact with. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions. The tour was very informative and they made the whole process of applying a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking.

Love it here
The management team is awesome , I love Michelle Arianna Shantel and Brandy. I stay in a 1 bedroom and it is very spacious ! I would recommend anyone to rent here !
