Love living here! The gym is amazing it has everything you need plus a basketball court. The resident events are always fun and a great way to meet neighbors! Definitely makes it feel like home here!

Residences at the Finery is beautifully designed and shows promise with its amenities for Wedgewood-Houston.

However, its availability on its website and on apartments.com does NOT accurately show what's available. I would not submit an application unless Hines can 100% guarantee the apartment will be ready on time.

Here's what happened to me: I reserved an apartment on the 6th floor one or two months in advance of move-in. I paid the application fee and admin. 2 weeks before the move-in... , I called a leasing agent o confirm that the apartment was ready. They informed me that Residences cannot guarantee that the apartment would be ready move-in day though the website said it was ready at that time. I find it poor practice that I needed to call the leasing team to find this out.

They were willing to refund me the admin fee as a one-off thing although it was not their policy to do so. They were not willing to refund the application fee.

Bottom line: Beware before submitting an application. You may not be able to move-in due to potential inaccuracies on their website.

We have lived here for two months and we are overjoyed with the amenities offered. The Club Room on the 6th floor has become a weekend hang-out with other residents and the roof-top pool feels like a resort. In the units, the soft-close, sturdy cabinets and the high ceilings feel luxurious.
