I leased with Capitol View without even visiting the complex because I was moving across the country. It was slightly terrifying leasing somewhere so costly without ever having been there. With the help of Darci and the other staff all of my questions were answered promptly and professionally and my anxiety was put at ease. This is by far the best leasing team that I talked to. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I wanted in an apartment and that I was satisfied. ... They also made the move flawless by equipping me with carts to move my belongings. I ended up with a one bedroom that has a bathtub and a balcony. The bathtub is amazing and more comfortable than my full Jacuzzi tub that I had at home. The balcony faces one of the grassy courtyards and I cannot hear the train or traffic from the street which is incredible. This place is completely silent, I have never heard my neighbors once. The complex is clean and in the perfect location. The amenities are incredible from the outdoor pool to indoor pool and gym. I really could not have picked a better place to live. There are a few things that are hard to assess until you have lived in a place for a while and not many reviews touch on that are super important.

1. Noise level: i can hear my neighbors but wow is it faint, so faint its about as good as you can get in an apartment. Also there is a train nearby but if you weren’t told youd never know.
2. Internet: residencies has google and at&t fiber.
3. Layout quirks: 4th floor apartments get a private outside area if they look onto a court yard, good... to know if you like outside areas.
Overall great place to live, the publix is an elevator ride away and is possibly the best amenity of this complex. Read More

My husband and I love living here. We get many compliments and the amenities are unlike anything we’ve seen before. It’s in a great location- walkable to many restaurants, shops, etc. Alyssa has been a joy to work with, maintenance requests are always addressed very quickly, and everything is very clean.

Beautiful building with unmatched amenities! The thing that has impressed me the most thus far though, is the responsiveness of the maintenance staff. The folks at the Residences truly care, and it is a great place to call home!
