I moved here 2 weeks ago the community is nice but the apartment was not that much good I came with toilet leaks loose seats, the floor was torn , and much more I put maintenance request so many times and even I went to the office but they always said today they will come and that’s really frustrating

The process was seamless and stress free! Office staff are lovely especially Troy! He was so kind and personable and you can tell he’s a caring person and very eager to help. I love my apartment!

The showing was great but after being told I would have a washer and dryer in my unit and then being told at my lease signing it wasn’t happening I was perturbed. Had I known. I would have opted for a unit with the expected amenities

Contact with the leasing office and maintenance is almost non-existent. The apartment is in mediocre shape - leaking showerhead, very limited hot water, DIY “fixes” to the kitchen cabinets, etc…
However, so far, staff here are extremely friendly and sweet.
