How Is This Rating Determined?

4/8/25

Horrible staff & neighborhood

I’ve lived here 3 years and I’ve seen more than 5 cars broken into or stolen. I’ve had mine broken into and the staff on hand refuses to cooperate with giving camera footage for police investigations. As well as refusing to solve basic problems with the apartment such as a broken AC or a broken microwave handle. Instead opting for the easiest temporary solution.
The staff is rude and often ignores phone calls or knocks on the office door, as well as begging you monthly to invite your friends to...
apply.
If you truly need somewhere to stay then it’s a fine compromise, but anyone expecting basic services and care should go elsewhere.
