Crime isn’t taken seriously enough. I live on the back side of IMT8 and I’ve had my car broken into three times, and my motorcycle was vandalized beyond repair INSIDE the garage (I have pictures listed on Google). I’ve discussed these issues with the managers on site and the regional manager. They have all been very kind and concerned, BUT they have a choice to put security cameras in and instead invested in a security officer. Well the security officer has made little impact on the situation.... Please consider this if you decide to move here. I just don’t feel safe. Management is super nice, but they aren’t the ones dealing with the crime. Residents are

We have onsite security each day for resident... convenience. In addition to adding both a community courtesy officer and additional security, we have added additional key padlocks to select doors as well. We are always actively researching additional enhancements and modifications we can make to better our community. It is our goal for you and all of our residents to feel comfortable in their living environment, and we encourage our residents to contact local law enforcement should they notice any suspicious activity.
