I moved in in 2022. Within the first 6 months I had my car broken into twice. There’s not enough street parking and received 3 parking tickets just for being parked outside the apartment in the supposed street parking. The price is nice, but be ready to look at the same cob webs, dirt piles, and random articles of trash in the hallways, entrance doors, and stairwells. There’s a reasons why no one here is renewing their lease and moving out.

highly recommend
I had written a review on here previously, so I am reposting it now. I've had poor luck searching for the perfect apartment, mainly due to the incompetence of management at several complexes. These apartments are still under construction, but management team at the Flats at Walden Grove is remarkable. My emails were responded to kindly and promptly (within the hour) and Jason worked diligently with me to secure my home here. I haven't experienced a team that cared that much to make sure... prospective tenants were taken care of, and it makes me that much more excited for move in!
