This property was recently purchased by new management and they are doing a horrible job. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone or to respond to an email - that will be the one and only response you will get. They take their applications through snail mail only and then don't even review them. Trying to rent from them has been the most frustrating, time consuming, and useless process of my entire life. Such crap. Don't even try to live here. Find somewhere else that wants to take... your money AND THAT WILL ACTUALLY RESPOND WHEN A TENANT NEEDS SOMETHING.
