I lived here for one lease. My problems started the day I moved in and continued until the day I moved out. If you live on the first floor prepare to have a millipede infestation. I was told I would get 1 month free and only told they wouldn't honor it on the day they notify their lawyers to begin the eviction proceedings. Maintenance left keys in my door for anyone to enter my apartment for a "routine maintenance" that they claimed to have completed the day before. I was yelled at and cursed at... by staff when I tried to schedule my move out walk through which is listed as a requirement in the lease. There is NEVER anywhere to park. Phone dead? Oh well, you won't be getting inside the gate! Package service is horrible. Office staff horrible. Don't do it.

Broken Appliances and No maintenance
Every appliance in our apartment was broken on move-in. Maintenance refuses to solve issues, and closes work orders. There is almost nowhere to park and most spots are far away. There is trash and dirt everywhere and the property is not maintained. I would 10/10 not reccomend we do not have a working washer and dryer 2 months later and have no way to wash besides utilizing a laundromat instead of our “brand new” apartment.

Terrible Place to Live!
Agree with the first review. We have been dealing with an issue since we moved in and hasn't been resolved after almost 2 years. Their communication is terrible, and they turn blame back to you. Parking is a HUGE, HUGE issue. Simply put, they do not care about the tenants.

DONT LIVE HERE!!!
Lived here a year. No parking( they will tow you), terrible trash valet, horrid dog park, even worse communication from staff!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLES
