Hello! As the Founder and Team Lead of The Six1Five Living Team, I am committed to delivering an unparalleled luxury real estate experience, guiding you seamlessly from our first conversation to the closing table and well beyond. My perspective is shaped by a truly global upbringing. Born in Panama to Nicaraguan parents and raised in Germany as part of a military family, I developed an early understanding of relocation, the excitement, the uncertainty, and the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home. That perspective, combined with my deep local expertise, allows me to thoughtfully guide clients as they transition into the Nashville market. After my family settled in the United States during my high school years, I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from Cumberland University and a Master’s degree from Belmont University. Those experiences laid the foundation for what has become a dynamic and rewarding career in real estate. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of Nashville’s most prominent developers, contributing to projects that have helped shape the city’s evolving skyline. I am especially proud of my involvement in The Gulch, one of Nashville’s most iconic urban neighborhoods, where I played a role in the area’s first residential high rise. As a member of Compass Development’s inaugural Nashville sales team, I gained invaluable expertise in new construction, overseeing projects from initial concept through completion. In addition to new development, I specialize in helping families and individuals relocate to Nashville’s thriving urban core and its most sought after surrounding neighborhoods. Whether it is a meticulously designed new construction home or a timeless historic property, I take a highly tailored approach to ensure each client finds a home that reflects both their lifestyle and long term goals. My approach is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. I believe in clear communication, strategic guidance, and building lasting relationships that extend far beyond a single transaction. This philosophy has led to a strong referral network and consistent recognition among the top one percent of real estate professionals in Middle Tennessee. Outside of real estate, I cherish time spent traveling and being outdoors with my husband, our three daughters, and our Goldendoodle, Champ. I am also deeply committed to giving back. As the founder of a former nonprofit focused on empowering women in Haiti through employment opportunities, I was honored to be named one of Nashville’s 40 Under 40. For me, real estate is never just about buying or selling a home.
