For residents who are affiliated with Vanderbilt, our property is just a short walk from the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, a 289,000-square-foot facility that has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. At the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, you'll find a 25 yard, 16 lane swimming pool, four courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton, five racquetball and two squash courts, a four-lane bowling alley, and five group fitness class rooms.
