Great staff, location, pricing. Bathroom is a bit too small and AC system is pretty loud. Kitchen is a bit too small as well. Otherwise, no complaints so far.

Quiet community but the last manager was difficult. Work orders took months to be completed if at all. A couple of things I was told would get done never did. Moving when my lease is up. Hopefully they find a better manager. Old community and things break. I do feel bad that they only have one maintenance person. He has a lot of work to do, so issues don’t get addressed in a timely manner.

I moved in April 3 from Reno Nevada. The only thing I noticed was extra charges that weren’t in the lease. Rent keeps going up and I’m not sure why. Other than that I’m happy
