I applied and weeks later had heard anything until I finally got in touch with someone. The security guards & their mates were right Ning the office. (They had no experience) So finally got a move-in date. I can switch half my stuff on that move-in date only to be told the apt wasn't ready. This happened again twice. My former roommate had already found a new roommate so I had to leave. I told the people in the office this. I moved in but had to wait on the carpet to be cleaned. The next day the... carpet cleaners came & that night we saw a bedbug on our brand new shower curtain. Checked the brick wall in the master bedroom and bed bugs were living in that wall. Once daylight hit, we noticed bed bugs had been painted into the walls. There was a water leak in the walls. When you turned on the sink upstairs, it ran down through the walls onto the kitchen floor. There was no fridge. No AC unit. The dishwasher was full of water every time you turn the kitchen sink on. We had to get rid of all our mattresses. They wouldn't give us any reimbursement. The neighbors ended up telling us while we were tossing our mattresses that the former tenants had a major bed bug problem that the complex never addressed. They gave us our deposit back. They do not reimburse deposits. I was made to move in because at my move in date, after constantly asking would my apartment be ready in time and constantly told it would, my apartment wasn't ready so they made me move in a dirty apartment someone had just moved out of. When I asked for my money back I was told I could get 1/3 of it if I moved out by 4pm and it's 12pm now. I asked for corporate number and property manager told me it got no higher than her. I took pictures of majority of the... things wrong but was told at move out I had to pay for them. I then get corporate number that no one answers. Then when I moved out I found out I paid my neighbors utilities because MLGW said none were on at the apartment but my bill doubled while they lived there.
