So Far.. So Good .
Today is our 2nd day in the application process... just released all Info and money orders... so far, so good--- all ladies have been nice, and somewhat knowledgeable. We are a family of 3 , and needing a place to call home for awhile... so , I hope and pray they approve us ?? and I'll be back to adjust my review !! We haven't been able to view a unit yet -- just online.

they told me they don’t accept first time renters.
So basically your saying a person can make 3x rent , have a great credit score and etc. and still won’t qualify unless their a certain age and have rented before ? That’s the most dumbest thing I done heard . So how to you expect a first time renters to become a renter if they can’t rent ? Make it make sense!!

Great Place to Live!
The apartment management staff is very nice. Michelle, Becky, and Tiffany went above and beyond to make the leasing process a breeze. Walden Pointe it what i consider to be family! Large grounds and lush greenery make this a perfect location to call home.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Been living in these apartments for almost 3 years now. My first apartment was a 1bd 1ba which I had no issues besides my stove going out. After a year, I signed a lease for a 2bd 1ba within a year and 2 months of living in this apartment Ive had countless amount of maintenance issues from NO HOT WATER, to 10 minutes max of hot water, dirty stinky water from garbage disposal draining into diswasher leaving whole house with fould smell, brown faucet water. Just recently someone broke into my car... stole my battery & took my tags off my car I made a report but police said the camera that was facing directly at my car dont work! Still no word back about finger prints. BUT MOST DISTURBING IS HAVING A FIRE PREGNANT AT 1am!!! From the reports of the fireman, the fire started due to wire problems now as I’m typing sick & 7 months pregnant with no A/c and havent had any since yesterday evening. I called office at 9:32am still no show of maintenance man at 11:15am. I call back at 12pm for her to tell me that maintenance dont come until 3pm. The leasing manager has a rude attitude & doesnt care about anything but rent, she wont even give tenants the owners number.. Its still vacant apartments, closed pools & kids can’t go to the playgrounds because grass is too high. The quality of the apartments are not equal to the amount of rent they are asking for every month! I DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE LIVING IN THESE APARTMENTS, total rip off! I will not be having my baby live here.
