Unfortunately, I really don't feel like the management cares about their renters: many reponses are copy and pasted, they don't often respond to voice mail, maintenance take a while until they fix anything and when they do the fixes are noticeablycheap/quick. They are pretty unforgiving with the online payment options too. I know the prices here are a little better than other apartments but I'd reccomend spending more time to consider other options before you commit to a 12 month lease.
