Will not fix my ac u it. I’ve been here for four years never had a problem with my air. It goes out for the 1st time and I can’t get it fixed. Ive been putti in work order since last month. Maintenance doesn’t know what he is doing and the still refuse to send a contractor out. He only check the air filter and when he seen that didn’t work all he keep saying is it’s because it got out. Like I said I’ve been here this long and I know the house is still supposed to cool the inside of the apartment... . He refuse to check anything else so I’m guessing he don’t know what to check. Check to see if the drain is clogged check the condenser check the coils but …. Nothing smh

Terrible
The don’t fix nothing at all , plumbing problems since I moved in ceiling fell in twice, I wouldn’t move a dog in these townhomes. NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

I just moved in and I love my place it’s nice and cozy..Everything is up to part and the property manager Ms.Muhammed is awesome!She makes sure you’re well taken care of.
