First let me say I loveeee these apartments Newly renovated very spacious and the area is very quiet and clean. Ms. Baldridge is an exceptional apartment manager. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. Ms. Baldridge is very professional. Very knowledgeable about the property and does her absolute best to provide excellent customer service. Positive attitude and is about her business at the same time lol. The entire staff does an overall great job managing the property and making sure all resident needs are fulfilled. Neighbor has roaches, therefore I have roaches. Management refuses to treat the problem apartment.
