DO NOT MOVE HERE?? i don’t even know where to begin with this, but the positive reviews on here are either bots or persuasion to enter a giveaway for cheaper rent for a month. the landlord does not care about his tenants, only that they pay. i went to the office concerned that 5 individuals jumped out of a vehicle holding assault rifles the previous day and he laughed in my face and was like “oh well we can’t do anything we don’t know who they are”. went to him about my unit constantly... smelling like cigarette smoke coming from my downstairs neighbor and they claimed they talked to them but it never got better. ROACHES. they do NOT spray for bugs even if they say they do. i saw the pest control people maybe twice in the 3 years i lived there. they will lie straight to your face and tell you they sprayed (even if you’re home that entire day and don’t see them) maintenance is slow to fix things, and does a half job. units are way too overpriced for the quality of what you get. i was promised that a dog park area when i signed my lease would be added, never saw anything remotely close to that unless you count them covering the only small part of grass with rocks. trash is constantly all over the place and they pick up maybe once a month. gate is always broken and they don’t fix it so sometimes you’re just stuck inside or out of the complex. the entire parking lot floods everytime it rains and they’re aware of this but do not care. washing machines were broken for 2+ months and they somehow couldn’t fix any of them. It has been great so far. Maintenance is really great- had a leak my first week here and the answering service was a live person and they were here in 30 minutes on a Saturday. They let me wash my bathroom rugs that got wet for free too. And i like the area. The Botanic Garden concerts are like 5 minutes from here. Pretty cool.

We were looking for a SAFE, affordable place for my single daughter to live quickly! Victor took so much time figuring out how to make The Junction work for her. He is great at his job.

I've had a great experience at The Junction. The apartments are updated, clean, and offer great value for the price. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the University of Memphis, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, it's a comfortable, well-maintained community that I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to live.

I recently toured this apartment community with my son, who will be attending school in the area, and we absolutely fell in love with these apartments! From the moment we arrived, Cage made us feel right at home. He was welcoming, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions while making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the first things we noticed was how clean and well-maintained the apartments and community were. The location is amazing, being so close to... downtown and everything the area has to offer. It’s the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and a great atmosphere.
Cage was incredibly knowledgeable and did an outstanding job showing us everything The Junction has to offer. His passion for the community and genuine care for helping us find the right place really stood out. He made my son and I feel welcomed and gave us confidence that this could truly feel like home.
