I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and I must say it's been quite the experience. First of all water is NOT free, trash removal isn't either it's more than likely included in the rent because the rent is extremely high for the quality of the apartment. Bad electrical problems, not enough electrical outlets (1 per room), cockroach problem, central air and heat are only in the apartments on the south side, management can be frustrating to deal with at times, parking is terrible because... the other tenants don't understand why the lines weren't painted on the ground. The property's upkeep is all wrong. I advise to look elsewhere for the price. Not enough bang for the money.
