I live for over 2 year now. Maintenance is good. They have 2-3 security vehicles at night, patrolling. It is also very affordable with no hidden costs. Close to Walmart and Sam’s club.

The other tenants who say this place needs Zero stars are absolutely right. AC is always out and never working. Nothing ever gets fixed. Plumbing issues, cars constantly get broken into. Leasing Office people are rude and will tell you anything including flat out lying, to get you off the phone or out the leasing office. Months go by with constant complaining over the same thing and nothing gets fixed. Even the Security gate is always broken. Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself a lot of... misery, look elsewhere.
