I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt with the building's mid-century modern vibe and the fact that I have an exposed brick wall that I absolutely love. However, the past 4 months I have lived here have not been satisfactory. My first issue, which happens to still be an issue is the lack of hot water in my shower when I have reached out to the property manager 4 times to fix the issue, they told me they would send someone out each time, and they have sent someone out, but did he... fix anything? Now, I am also a very clean and tidy person, like make my bed and sweep every day, no dishes in the sink type of clean and I seem to have a silverfish and some other little type of bug problem. When I again reached out to the property manager to send pest control, she told me when she would, but I don't think they were ever sent because I'm now having to take care of the issue myself by spending what little money I have to buy diatomaceous earth powder to put around my baseboards and lavender and cedar sachets to put in my cabinets. As a college student, I shouldn't have to constantly stress about not having hot water or bugs in my apartment on top of my classes and my job. Parking is also bs here, people have visitors all the time parking in the spots they don't pay for and I find myself having to park on the street.
