The apartments are asking for to much in rent. On top of going up on the rent for year renewals. When they are aware that majority of their tenets are senior citizens. Leaving dead rats is the street for days to months at a time inside the parking lot. They know how to keep the grass cut. But do not know how to stop the roaches from running around your feet. Multiple dogs over 15 lb living in the apartment. Neighbors being antagonized by there upstairs and downstairs neighbors. To the point that... both of them is having a loud verbal disagreement. Waking people up all night. Gun shots being heard just about every night. People blasting there music in the apartment parking lot every night. This is not how senior citizens should have to live.
