I love my apartment, but getting repairs fixed in a nice, clean professional way, haha that’s not going to happen. They let repairs, well mine linger too long.

You get what you pay for. Riverset is the cheapest on mud island, so don't expect to have a real fancy residence. That being said, I like my apartment and the neighborhood. It has a good layout, and the staff has also been really sweet everytime I talked to them. My biggest complaint is you hear everything since there is minimal sound dampening.
