Move-In Date Requirements:
An apartment can be held for up to three weeks, but not past the current month. Your desired move-in date must be within that timeframe from the date of application approval. If you are not looking to move this month, we will not be able to hold it even with a deposit. If it is available the following month or if there is a different unit available the following month then we can move forward with deposit. In addition, a move in can be no later than the 29th of the current month for a 30-day month, and no later than the 30th for a 31-day month.
