Do not rent from them, everything seems fine until you move in and then you are on your own . Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the females in the office all have attitudes. When they do fix things it’s MONTHS later. They will mark maintenance requests complete online and that’s a lie, say call emergency maintenance and they never answer.

Please believe all the bad reviews. Save yourself time, headaches and money. These apartments are cheap because they are trash! Rude management, maintenance team patch things us apartments don’t be cleaned before moving in etc. You will air and heat issue, don’t get me started on the mold these apartments have. RUN RUN RUN

Our experience with Greenbrook Apartments was horrendous. Despite clear communication and fulfilling all requirements, we were denied move-in upon arrival after a grueling 4-day drive from California to Memphis with two young children. The staff showed no compassion or flexibility, leaving us stranded in a new city without support. They need serious retraining in empathy and professionalism. Avoid Greenbrook if you expect basic decency and reliability.
