They take 8 MONTHS to FIX ANYTHING. You will have air and heat issues that will take a full year to get fixed. The mold is HORRIBLE, and they also have bad pest issues. You will see roaches, spiders, and raccoons. They are horrible at communicating, and you can inform them you haven't heard back, but they will call you a liar, whether you have a camera or not at your unit. I actually rate the apartments a 0-5. They are very big but very dirty, nasty, and rude.

DO NOT RENT!
Do not rent from them, everything seems fine until you move in and then you are on your own . Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the females in the office all have attitudes. When they do fix things it’s MONTHS later. They will mark maintenance requests complete online and that’s a lie, say call emergency maintenance and they never answer.

PLEASE RUN DON’T WALK!!!!!
Please believe all the bad reviews. Save yourself time, headaches and money. These apartments are cheap because they are trash! Rude management, maintenance team patch things us apartments don’t be cleaned before moving in etc. You will air and heat issue, don’t get me started on the mold these apartments have. RUN RUN RUN
