Apartments get broken into alot and cars get stolen. Maintenance sucks .They don't like to fix things that need to be fixed in the apartment. These apartments are really over-rated and over priced.

No insulation. The walls are thin and you can hear every gunshot, argument, car, footstep around you. The renovations are poor. Cabinets have not been replaced, but poorly painted with drips still visible. Soft spots and holes underneath flooring. Drywall has visible indentations and other flaws. AC closet is filthy as well as the water heater closet. Sliding door is not sealed properly and needs to be replaced. stop by the apartments and met such a lovely staff. I was inquiry about a 3 bed 2 bed the leasing agent stated at the moment there was none available at the moment but she will have some available in the mid of February that she would keep me updated and give me a follow up call. I also was introduce to the assistant manager and the property manager such a great team they made it feel like home.

Wanted to move in before the new year and Ebony made it happen for me. Thank you so much. It took about a week to get everything processed. I have not had any problems and I am closer to work.

I went and saw an apartment Friday. The ladies were nice to me and helpful. The apartment I looked at was real pretty, they over there renovating. I use to hear bad stuff about them but the new people look like they're trying.
